Cultural exchange文化交流 　　There is no denying that the cultural exchanges are playing a more and more important role in the modern world. Firstly, let’s have a look at the picture. A foreign lady is making a traditional Chinese painting of bamboos. It seems that she is totally indulged in her painting.
　　The picture shows that people from foreign countries are interested in our traditional Chinese culture. They not only appreciate the traditional Chinese paintings, music, costume, etc, but also begin to learn to how to make them. In this way, they hope to gain a better understanding of Chinese culture and thus can know the country better. Since our country became more open, our Chinese government has made great efforts to promote all kinds of exchanges with the outside world.
